Found this lovely place while in Caldaro. The new owner and his staff were really welcoming and the food is great. Also serve local wines of the region. Would recommend a visit.

Das Restaurant Pizzeria Fledermaus in Kaltern ist ein echtes Juwel! Die neuen Inhaber haben aus der ehemaligen Bar und Café ein beeindruckendes Bar-Café-Pizzeria-Restaurant gemacht. Die Speisen sind köstlich, kreativ und ein wahrer Genuss für den Gaumen. Von frischen Pizzen bis hin zu raffinierten Gerichten – hier stimmt alles! Die Atmosphäre ist einladend, der Service herzlich und aufmerksam. Absolut empfehlenswert! Il Ristorante Pizzeria Fledermaus a Caldaro è una vera perla! I nuovi proprietari hanno trasformato il vecchio bar e caffè in un fantastico bar-caffè-pizzeria-ristorante. I piatti sono deliziosi, creativi e un vero piacere per il palato. Dalle pizze fresche ai piatti raffinati, tutto è perfetto! L’atmosfera è accogliente, il servizio cordiale e attento. Consigliatissimo!

Wir durften einen unseren Nachmittage in einem ruhigen Ambiente ausklingen lassen. Bei einem Klasse Service und ebensolcher Küche lässt man gerne die Seele baumeln. Auch sagen unsere Hunde danke welche unter dem Tisch Platz gefunden haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We visited Die Fledermaus whilst staying in the town during our motorcycle tour. It became our first choice for service, cold beer and excellent pizza. I understand it is a new venture and i recommend you pay them a visit.

Ristorante tranquillo sia all' interno che nei posti all' esterno. Cibi semplici ma di qualità e cotti bene, molto buoni sia carne che pizze, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Servizio buono.

Pizza ist sehr gut gewesen, Boden /Belag wie er sein sollte. Triefies mit Sahne und Schinken sehr lecker. Nettes freundliches und aufmerksames junges Team! Ambiente könnte etwas mehr Wärme vertragen. Aber alles in allem Top!!
